  • Dusty Miller

    Managing Director

    Dusty continues to be a leader in the subsea construction industry with over 40 years experience.

    Highly qualified, Dusty has been at the forefront of innovation in the diving industry. He has seen the development of new rock bolting pipeline stabilisation methods, implementation of ROV and ADS operations, subsea training and submarine rescue for the RAN.

    In recent years he has been active as leading consultant, client site representative and auditor.

  • Ian Milliner

    Consultant

    Ian is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a company director, business, project and training manager, with extensive experience in the maritime, subsea, defence and logistics industries. He has current experience and expertise to successfully manage all aspects of a wide range of enterprises and projects, particularly those that are greenfield and/or a little "out of the ordinary".

    He is currently the Chair of the Australian Diver Accreditation Scheme.

  • Scott Berryman

    Senior Consultant

    Scott holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Curtin University.

    He specialises in DSMS & supporting compliance documentation, project documentation preparation and review, QA/QC, competency & compliance auditing, Diving & ROV system auditing, client / operator specific guidance, writing diving & ROV subsea asset installation, inspection and maintenance procedures.

    Scott provides diving & ROV client site representatives services.

  • James Kingwell

    Consultant - ROV

    James has over 25 years of ROV pilot, supervisor, and superintendent experience. In addition, he has work as both a maintenance and mobilistion supervisor.

    Highly qualified across the remote operations industry, James brings necessary knowledge to work as both a ROV equipment consultant, Project SIT Supervisor and HSE Advisor.

    James provides ROV system auditing to IMCA, IOGP & client / operator specific guidance.

  • Adam Brennan

    Over the past 30 years Adam has acquired experience in leadership and supervisory roles. He provides operational, administrative and human resource management in various engineering fields. Throughout the years, he has developed strong professional and personal relationships with people from all fields and differing companies.

    As a Company Site Representative/Remote Intervention Tooling Supervisor/ROV Superintendent and Project Manager he has considerable experience providing timely solutions to mechanical and operational issues in diverse offshore locations both in Australia and overseas. He has led highly skilled teams conducting Sub-Sea installation, umbilical/spool installation and connection, completions, field work-over, drill support, trenching/burial, inspection, Construction, pre-commissioning and IMR.

    Adam also provides ROV system auditing to IMCA, IOGP & client / operator specific guidance.
